Airgas is Hiring for am Outside Sales person based out of Denver, CO , working a territory in the Golden, CO area. We are looking for you! Pay: 70K Base Pay plus commission (70/30 split) no cap on commissions,Total comp at or above 100K Monthly Auto Allowance Travel within assigned territory, minimal overnights The Outside Sales Account Manager is responsible for managing the sales process and driving profitable sales growth within an assigned sales territory to both existing and new Airgas customers. They are responsible for meeting and exceeding both corporate and regional objectives for profitable sales growth, A/R management, and customer retention within their assigned territory. Required Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent work experience. Proven success using a consultative sales approach providing multiple layers of value to a customer to establish a mix sales solutions and products Proven success of using their deep knowledge of customer\'s business, current macro and microeconomic trends, industry trends, and potential new business opportunities. Must have excellent organizational, written and oral communication, and presentation skills that utilize current technology. Self-starter; self-motivated, operates with a sense of urgency; ability to work and succeed independently. Reliable transportation, current driver\'s license, minimum liability insurance as required by state of vehicle registration. Minimum of 3 years of prior outside business-to-business sales experience to include proven experience and success in solution-selling concepts and a demonstrated history of managing customers throughout a defined sales territory. Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with industrial and specialty gases, industrial gas / welding supply sales a plus. B2B Sales in an industrial environment is strongly preferred Pay range: Pay range: $ 70K base plus commission 7/30 split. DOE, target pay with commission $- 100,000. annually (no cap on commission)
