Outside Sales Representative
to join our team on a
100%
commission basis . This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives on independence, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to maximize their earning potential in a growing home services industry.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and close sales for residential and commercial window cleaning services.
Conduct door-to-door, local outreach, or community-based sales efforts.
Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain excellent customer service and follow-up to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Accurately quote jobs.
Requirements
Prior experience in sales, field marketing, customer service, or home services (preferred).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone.
Ability to walk and canvass neighbourhoods or business districts.
