Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned landscape maintenance accounts Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property managers, facility teams, and owners Proactively address and resolve client concerns and service-related issues Conduct regular site visits and property inspections to ensure service quality Identify opportunities for property improvements and prepare enhancement recommendations and estimates Coordinate with operations teams to ensure scope of work, quality standards, and timelines are met Manage client contracts, renewals, and related documentation Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in commercial landscape maintenance or related field Proven experience managing client accounts and relationships Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, irrigation, turf, and plant care Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts effectively Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Preferred Skills
Experience with commercial property management clients Ability to read site plans and scopes of work Basic estimating or sales experience in landscaping Landscape related certifications or licenses Performance-based bonuses and commissions Paid time off Why Join Bedrock Landscaping
