Senior Manager

to join our team. This position offers hybrid flexibility, with the ability to work in various offices or remotely for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities: Lead, organize, and manage projects focused on business valuation analysis and related services. Identify and manage firm risk associated with projects and proposals. Supervise, train, and mentor junior professionals in valuation services, conducting performance assessments during engagement and year-end reviews. Collaborate closely with audit teams and regulators. Engage with Partners and staff to drive client management practices and develop new business. Participate in presentations and seminars. What You Bring: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Valuation credential or progress towards a credential such as CFA, ABV, or ASA. A minimum of 7 years of experience in delivering valuation services in public accounting or consulting environments. Expertise in valuing businesses and intangible assets in compliance with various ASC and IRC regulations. Demonstrated ability to create and manage complex financial models. Strong research and analytical skills to resolve complex valuation challenges. Proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, validation, and business writing. Experience assisting audit teams with valuation reviews for financial reporting. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to foster client relationships. Leadership and mentoring capabilities, with strong verbal and written skills. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with US GAAP and/or IFRS. Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a dynamic team environment. Proven success in leading business development initiatives. The salary for this role ranges from $155,300 to $241,500, determined by various factors including the role, responsibilities, experience, education, skills, and location.
