Sales & Service Coordinator , you’ll gain real-world exposure to group sales, catering, and event coordination—supporting everything from initial inquiries to on-site execution. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about guest service. What You’ll Do
Support the Director of Sales with group, catering, and event inquiries Assist with contracts, proposals, and Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) Help coordinate event details with catering, banquet, and hotel operations teams Assist with site tours, client meetings, and event planning Provide on-site event support as needed Maintain sales files, calendars, and reports Answer phones, respond to emails, and support daily sales office operations Who This Role Is Perfect For
Students or recent graduates pursuing a degree in
Hospitality, Tourism, Event Management, or a related field Individuals interested in hotel sales, events, or hospitality leadership Organized, detail-oriented self-starters with strong communication skills Team players who thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment Preferred:
