Job Description
Manufacturer of corrugated steel pipe with complementary product lines, to include grader and snow plow blades, is seeking a motivated and results driven territory sales representative for the Central and Southern Indiana market. This is a home-office-based position with daily in person engagement across the region. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Sales experience in construction, municipal, or related industries preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage a sales territory Comfortable with frequent regional travel Primary responsibilities: Represent and sell product to a variety of customers including: County Highway Departments INDOT Maintenanace Garages Municipalities Distributors Contractors Individual customers Conduct regular in-person visits to maintain relationships and grow existing accounts Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across territory Participate in industry trade shows and association events to strengthen our market presence Overnight travel will be expected What to expect: Base salary plus monthly commission Reimbursement for travel expenses, including mileage, overnight lodging, client entertainment, and other approved business expenses.
