Our client in Addison is looking to hire talented Inside Sales Representatives to join their team on a Direct Hire basis! This positions comes salaried along with commissions and bonuses, health, dental, and 401K match. PLUS a $2000 90-day success bonus and a $500/month non-recoverable draw for the first 3 months!
The Inside Sales Rep is responsible for calling on financial decision-makers to schedule demos. This role will focus on gaining new client interest and setting up meetings.
Base Compensation: $45,000-$55,000 DOE
Job Duties:
Outbound B2B calls to targeted prospect list- via warm and cold leads
Inbound website lead follow-up
Get through the gatekeeper- to reach key financial decision-makers
Speak with decision-makers – CFO or finance executives
Effectively communicate the benefits and value of our solution
Generate interest and qualify opportunities
Ability to effectively handle and respond to objections
Schedule demo appointments via GoToMeeting
Provide clear documentation and record-keeping of client interaction
Provide assistance and follow up if needed to close the deal
Contribute to team success by accomplishing results as needed
