
We’re seeking a Technical Inside Sales Lead who can bridge the gap between technical expertise and customer-focused solutions. This role is ideal for someone who doesn’t just see part numbers, but truly understands how products work, how they’re applied, and how to translate that knowledge into value for customers.
This position plays a critical leadership role within a fast-paced, high-volume environment and serves as a trusted technical resource for both customers and internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Translate technical product details into effective, customer-specific solutions Support and guide inside sales activities in a high-volume, queue-based environment Prioritize incoming requests strategically while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness Act as a technical subject-matter resource, building credibility across the department Coach and mentor team members, leading by example Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and met Preferred Background
Experience working in a high-volume environment requiring prioritization and time management Exposure to industrial, manufacturing, spare parts, B2B, or MRO settings Previous experience as a coach, mentor, or informal team lead Sales experience is a plus; an engineering or technical background is equally valuable Key Attributes
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly understand applications Adaptable, patient, and detail-oriented Comfortable shifting priorities in a dynamic environment Credible communicator who naturally becomes a go-to resource Spanish-speaking preferred, but not required This role is well-suited for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical knowledge, customer engagement, and leadership—and who enjoys driving results while supporting team growth.
