Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Team Member interested in helping our business grow. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products and services, and calling our current customers to set up policy reviews. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport will be essential in growing our agency. Our agency works as a Team to achieve agency goals and offers Team incentives making it easier to earn bonuses.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Conduct outbound calls to potential and current customers to promote products and services. Potential customers are leads that have been purchased and prescreened already for interest in receiving a quote. Use a customer focused, needs based approach to help educate customers about their insurance policies. Collaborate with the agency team to develop strategies for reaching target markets. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns or questions.
Skills and Requirements
Proven experience in customer service and sales. Interest in marketing products and services based on customer needs. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening. A collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. You would be an employee of Celina Jolly, not an employee of State Farm Insurance.
