The Opportunity As a customer‑facing Vaccine Sales Specialist, you promote CSL Seqirus’s primary brands to Pediatrics, Integrated Delivery Networks and Public Health accounts in a field‑based remote role. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you build a multi‑specialty portfolio of key accounts, negotiate formulary acceptance, secure contract commitments, deliver flu product sales, and develop value‑added programs that align with customer needs.

Responsibilities

Build a multi‑specialty group of important accounts within several customer segments.

Contact potential customers and negotiate product formulary acceptance.

Obtain contract commitments for CSL Seqirus products.

Deliver flu portfolio product sales in important accounts, including Pediatrics, IDN, FQHCs, and independent/corporate‑owned HCPs.

Develop appropriate value‑added programs for each account by understanding customer needs and aligning brand resources.

Work directly with the Regional Sales Manager and Account Managers to prioritize important accounts and lead strategic goals.

Generate sales growth opportunities in designated segments and conduct routine collaborative meetings with the team.

Cultivate strong relationships with colleagues across Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Customer Service.

Conduct overnight travel as required.

Your Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, Health Policy, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.

1–2 years of Pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience, or relevant healthcare/clinical educational experience.

Experience communicating and engaging with customers, emphasizing scientific knowledge.

Some overnight and meeting travel required.

Business title will be determined based on selected candidate’s experience.

Salary and Benefits Base salary: $85,000 – $95,000 with potential for a Sr. VSS title. Total compensation includes sales incentive. Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401(k), and PTO available from day one.
