Our company is dedicated to Commercial General Contractor, located in South/Central Florida area and we provide HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and more services to a variety of restaurants, hotels, and big corporations.
We are looking for a bilingual person, with a solid Sales formation, who knows how to attract and search new potential clients. Someone who’s always in constant development of their skills while interacting and communicating with the client.
We need an autonomous and confident person, whom at the moment to enter any business, develops a sales opportunity. It must be organized and punctual when carrying an agenda or schedule; for this you will manage a program that facilitated by the company and that will help you to carry out your commitments in a better organized way, since this program will remind you when you should continue with a follow up, calls, appointments, etc.
One of the benefits of this job is the ability of being independent, since you will manage your own schedule in a way that is most convenient for you; not losing focus on your personal goals and where you want to go.
Your daily routine can include outgoing phone calls that you can make from the comfort of your home or any other comfortable place to schedule appointments, clients visits, generate proposals and reach the closing of the sale.
The remuneration will be by commission.
