Fleet & Commercial Outside Sales Representative – Truck Upfitting
Location: Houston, TX (field based)
Territory: Greater Houston
About the role All Out Custom Truck & Body is expanding in the Houston market and we’re looking to add an experienced fleet outside sales representative. This role is focused on building and growing long-term fleet and commercial accounts, not one-off transactions.
We upfit trucks and vans for how they’re actually used in the field. Our work includes service bodies, flatbeds, cranes, racks, storage systems, lighting, and job‑specific equipment for contractors, service companies, dealerships, and fleet operators.
This is a true outside sales role. You’ll be in front of customers, managing a territory, and building repeat fleet business.
What the job looks like
Call on end‑user fleets, contractors, utilities, municipalities, and service companies
Work directly with dealership fleet departments and commercial sales teams
Meet customers in person to understand how their trucks are used
Help spec, quote, and sell complete upfit solutions with internal teams
Manage deals from first conversation through delivery
Develop repeat fleet business and long‑term customer relationships
Maintain your own pipeline, follow‑ups, and account activity
What we’re looking for
Proven outside or B2B sales experience
Fleet, commercial vehicle, truck equipment, or upfitting experience strongly preferred
Experience calling on fleet managers, business owners, or dealership fleet departments
Comfortable managing longer sales cycles and larger ticket deals
Strong follow‑up, organization, and relationship‑building skills
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally
