Job Description
Home Restoration Experts Inc. is hiring experienced sales representatives to sell roofing, siding, and window projects in Naperville and surrounding cities within a 50-mile radius. This is a full-cycle sales role for closers who are comfortable generating their own opportunities and closing deals.
Responsibilities
Door-to-door sales in assigned territories
Generating self-produced leads
Running inspections and estimates
Presenting roofing, siding, and window solutions
Closing contracts with homeowners
Managing deals from inspection through contract
Coordinating with production and administrative teams
Compensation Details
Commission-only position
$2,500 bi-weekly draw against commission
Commission paid on closed projects
