Inside Sales Representative – Commercial Lighting
Schedule Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation Competitive base salary + uncapped quarterly commissions
Benefits 4% 401(k) match after 1 year | PTO from Day 1 | Bi-weekly pay

About the Role We’re looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative who’s ready to take ownership of their success. You’ll engage customers, answer product questions, and provide customized lighting solutions for new and existing clients.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, closing deals, and growing their book of business through proactive outreach and follow‑up.
What You’ll Do
Reach out to new and existing customers to introduce our lighting products and solutions
Build relationships through consistent communication (calls, emails, follow‑ups)
Identify customer needs and recommend the right lighting solutions
Meet and exceed sales goals and performance targets
Maintain detailed notes and updates in our CRM system
Prepare and deliver price quotes and proposals
Collaborate with team members to support customer satisfaction and account growth
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of experience in sales or customer service (lighting or electrical industry preferred)
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging new prospects
Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow‑up skills
Detail‑oriented and organized with strong time management
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM software
Self‑motivated with a drive to exceed goals and grow professionally
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Valid driver’s license required
