What You’ll Do
Prospect and develop new client accounts
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers
Identify staffing needs and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with recruiters to ensure successful placements
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms
Meet and exceed sales targets
What We’re Looking For
1+ years of B2B sales experience (staffing or recruiting a plus)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a hunter mindset
Comfortable with cold outreach and follow-ups
Results-driven and competitive (in a good way)
