Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Key Account Manager located in Delhi, OH. The Key Account Manager will oversee and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Responsibilities include managing accounts, identifying opportunities for growth, and creating tailored solutions to meet clients' needs. Additionally, the role will involve developing strategic plans, meeting sales targets, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to provide clients with top-notch service and support.

Qualifications

Strong account management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to nurture and maintain client partnerships

Strategic thinking and sales planning experience to effectively address client needs and meet business objectives

Proficiency in negotiation and communication, with the ability to influence and adapt messaging for different audiences

Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector is highly advantageous

Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
