to aggressively drive new business, build referral relationships, and expand market share in a defined territory. If you thrive on prospecting, relationship-building, and closing, this role delivers both opportunity and upside. What You’ll Do
Hunt for new business through daily prospecting, in‑person visits, and follow‑ups Build and dominate referral relationships with property managers, commercial owners, facilities and risk managers Own your territory and drive consistent pipeline growth Close new opportunities and exceed revenue goals Track activity and opportunities in CRM Work closely with Operations to ensure projects are executed at a high level What You Get
$50,000–$60,000 base salary (based on experience) Performance‑based commission plan Full benefits package including health insurance and 401(k) Company vehicle provided Strong support, training, and growth opportunities What We’re Looking For
2+ years of B2B sales or business development experience Proven ability to generate new business and close deals Competitive, self‑motivated, and results‑driven mindset Comfortable working independently in the field CRM experience preferred
