As a
Sales Professional , you’ll be responsible for engaging with potential and existing clients, educating them on our affordable benefits and business solutions, and closing sales to meet their unique needs. What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in
sales
(1+ years preferred) Goal-oriented
with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets Excellent communication & negotiation skills Self-motivated
and driven to succeed in a competitive environment Ability to follow a
proven sales process
and utilize company-provided tools Compensation & Benefits
$75,000 - $120,000+ per year
(commission & bonuses) Multiple bonus opportunities
(monthly, quarterly, yearly, performance-based) Advancement opportunities
in a rapidly growing company Flexible schedule
