
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mobile Home Sales professional. The position is based in Fort Myers, FL. Responsibilities include assisting customers with the purchase of mobile homes, providing outstanding customer service, and maintaining an excellent understanding of the sales process. The role also requires ensuring that customer needs are met, conducting tours, handling inquiries, and maintaining accurate sales documentation. The right candidate will build and manage effective relationships with clients and team members to achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with potential buyers and ensure a positive client experience
Sales expertise, including knowledge of sales techniques and the ability to guide customers through the purchasing process
Experience in Training and Sales Management to contribute to team development and oversee sales functions as needed
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with the real estate market and regulations, specifically related to mobile homes, is a plus
Proficiency in basic computer tools and CRM systems is desirable
