Designing and implementing impactful business transformations tailored to the unique needs of various industries and digital operating models, with a focus on enhancing people and processes.
Leading dynamic consulting projects with significant client involvement and engagement.
Assessing technology requirements and evaluating a wide range of solutions to identify the best fit for our clients.
Collaborating with clients to develop high-performance strategies that strengthen their market position.
Understanding client needs and delivering innovative technology initiatives with significant impact.
Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in Financial Services, focusing on Retirement solutions.
At least 3 years of external consulting or program management experience in large-scale projects with a proven history of successful delivery.
Bachelor's Degree.
Preferred Qualifications: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in solving complex problems with sound judgment.
Strong client relationship and management skills.
A willingness to mentor junior team members.
Experience in generating new business development opportunities.
Experience with both onshore and offshore delivery teams.
Demonstrated leadership in professional settings, military or civilian.
Proven teamwork and collaboration in a professional context, military or civilian.
