About the Role

We’re looking for an

Outside Sales Representative

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and helping families make confident decisions about their financial future.

You’ll work directly with individuals and families to understand their needs and provide protective solutions, including health and life insurance, that offer long-term peace of mind. This is a consultative and client-focused role.

What You’ll Do

Meet with clients to understand their personal and family needs

Educate families on protection options, including life insurance designed to support and protect loved ones

Build long‑term relationships through trust and education

Help clients navigate coverage options clearly and ethically

Manage your own schedule and client pipeline with support from leadership

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and people skills

Comfortable meeting clients in person or virtually

Coachable, motivated, and relationship‑oriented

Sales experience is a plus — but not required

Desire to help families make smart, responsible decisions
