, so no experience is required. We are looking for reliable and eager individuals who are willing to learn and put in the work to be successful with us. Ready, committed appointment setters will have the opportunity to move up into closing solar and roofing deals themselves. Management opportunities are available quickly for those who come in and demonstrate leadership qualities. As an appointment setter, you will work with the setter team in a targeted area for the week, going door-to-door and having simple conversations with homeowners to determine a time later that week when one of our sales representatives can meet with them to see if roof replacement or solar is the right option. Our full-time appointment setters are currently scheduled to work between
11:00 AM and 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday
