KPS Global is looking for an Associate Account Manager, to join the Aftermarket Department.
Responsibilities
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: Evaluating and anticipating complex customer needs and translate them to walk-in configurable and customized products
Originating and revising quotations and drawings to meet project needs
Communicating required information effectively to internal and external contacts
Processing orders accurately within designated timelines
Supporting the logistics, engineering, manufacturing, quality, service, parts, and credit departments when they are involved in a customer’s business before and after a sale
Meeting with sales engineers and managers to gain approval on quotes and drawings
Reviewing product information to gain insight and improve expertise for future jobs
Working within a team structure to support a pre-determined territory and provide back-up within the team; this may include chain accounts established in that territory
Relaying business intelligence including the volume of work classified as “in progress” and “pending” to the marketing department for forecasting purposes
Partnering with Project Managers & Project Coordinators to ensure materials and installation timeframe alignment
