Job Description
We are a leading security company in the industry with over 80 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the security industry, excellent client relationship skills, and a proven ability to close deals in competitive markets.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to grow our client base in industries such as retail, commercial, industrial, and government contracts.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calls, networking, referrals, and local outreach.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and contract renewals.
Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and service agreements.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies for maximum success.
Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new accounts.
Qualifications:
3+ years of sales management experience, preferably in contract security, staffing, or related B2B services.
Strong understanding of security guard services, licensing, and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Must be able to pass a background and drug test.
