Compensation Competitive base salary + uncapped commission potential (OTE $100,000+)

Base salary + uncapped monthly commissions.

Existing book of business given on initial start, while working with Marketing to collect inbound leads to build new business pipeline.

What You'll Do

Develop and execute plans to exceed annual revenue targets through proactive lead generation.

Build long‑lasting client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.

Collaborate with internal teams to seamlessly manage projects from concept to completion.

Represent Beacon Design at trade shows (up to 15% travel) to showcase our products and grow your network.

What We’re Looking For

Experience:

2+ years in B2B sales, account management, or related fields.

Tech‑Savvy:

Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRMs is a plus!

Communication Pro:

Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for relationship‑building.

Driven & Detail‑Oriented:

Able to juggle multiple priorities without missing a beat.
