PRIMARY PURPOSE : To manage field appraisal assignments for our corporate fleets and insurance clients, primarily focusing on autos. LOCATION:

Syracuse, NY; Albany, NY; Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX; Albuquerque, NM; Denver, CO; Austin, TX; Minneapolis/St. Paul, MN; Midland, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; Atlanta, GA; Philadelphia, PA. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Schedule same-day appointments, inspect vehicles within 24 hours, and write estimates on-site. Expected to write 6 to 10 estimates daily, depending on location. Conduct proper vehicle assessments and determine repair time and necessary labor. Make accurate decisions regarding repairs or replacements. Evaluate and account for pre-existing damage and conduct total loss assessments. Negotiate pricing with repair shop decision-makers and establish timelines according to Client Guidelines. Review all supplement requests for validity. Provide clients with comprehensive information regarding their vehicle's repair costs and the claims process. Maintain precise records of repair cost estimates while clarifying the claims process. Negotiate advanced fees for towing, teardown, and storage when vehicles are deemed total losses at repair facilities or tow yards. Deliver exceptional customer service to all parties involved in the claims process. Perform other duties as assigned by management or as needed. ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the quality assurance team and support desk appraisal work during non-field hours. Fulfill other tasks as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Education & Licensing Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred but not mandatory. Licensing as required, and professional certifications related to the role are advantageous. If licensing is necessary, the employee has 60 days to complete the required training and testing. Experience Minimum of four (4) years of insurance or body shop experience is required. Skills & Knowledge Strong technical knowledge of auto appraisals. Familiarity with client operations and labor regulations. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer skills. Strong analytical and interpretive abilities. Exceptional organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills. Sound judgment and discretion. Able to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Capability to meet or exceed performance metrics. Experience with CCC One is a plus. WORK ENVIRONMENT This position requires independent work. Being a field appraiser, you will manage your local territory and schedule your daily tasks effectively. The salary range for this position is

$60,000 - $70,000 annually
