Job Description As the Senior Director – Global Enterprise Program Management, you will lead the operational execution of complex, global enterprise customer engagements. You will serve as a senior advisor and primary point of contact, translating customer requirements into actionable delivery plans and ensuring seamless execution across cross-functional teams. You will drive alignment, operational excellence, and continuous improvement through a consultative, industry informed approach, without direct people management. You will be accountable for exceptional customer satisfaction, scalable outcomes, and global profitability.
Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise programs globally for large multinational technology focused enterprise customers
Engage and influence program delivery and sales teams, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
Serve as the primary program delivery point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring program objectives are met
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to deliver integrated solutions
Track program milestones, budgets, profitability and deliverables, reporting progress to senior leadership
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure program success
Design and execute the back office support against complex selling strategies, working in conjunction with VP and Sr. Director – Sales teams
Lead and direct teams, utilizing in-depth knowledge of key accounts and industry, including company operations, suppliers, and products and solutions
Establish and hold organization accountable for annual goals, priorities, and performance metrics
Organize and lead strategic business reviews and present initiatives to senior management
Drive solution concept, design, vision, and relay to both customer and within the organization
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree – Business, Engineering or related field required; Masters Degree - MBA preferred
15 years of experience leading and managing staff and programs at a Global level
10+ years strategic sales and/or large account management experience with a history of success maintaining and developing relationships
Prior P&L management with proven track record of exceeding results
Knowledge of business and management principles, including strategic planning, resource allocation, leadership techniques, and coordination of people and resources
In-depth knowledge of distribution industry, related solutions, and products
Ability to analyze, initiate and implement sales strategies to achieve forecasted goals
Highly skilled in influencing in a matrix organization
Proven success in customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Strong verbal, written, analytical, persuasion and interpersonal skills
Understand competitive landscape, market insights and effectively communicate across key internal and external stakeholders
Highly collaborative; able to effectively interact at all levels across the organization
Ability to travel 0% - 25%

Compensation Details $172,866 - $224,726 Annually
This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements. For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan,subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan. In addition, Wesco offers abenefits program for eligible employees, which may include paid time off, medical, dental, and vision coverage, and retirement savings plans.
