Customer Account Specialist

What you will do: Extensive daily direct contact with customers to build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication Process orders from intake to invoicing for both domestic and international customers Open and maintain customer accounts and all relevant account information Assess and resolve any customer obstacles and/or disputes regarding availability, specification, pricing, invoicing, payment and transportation Maintain an in-depth knowledge of existing product and material specifications Active role in complaint handling which includes providing feedback and potential solutions to achieve timely resolution To set you up for success in this role from day one, Liveo is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications: Education: Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field 2 -5 years of equivalent work experience may be considered, in lieu of a degree Experience: 25 years of experience in account management or sales support ideally in the pharmaceutical, packaging, or manufacturing industries Experience working with cGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) environments is a plus Technical Skills: Proficiency with ERP systems required (e.g., SAP, Oracle). Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook. Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is helpful.
