Mid-morning to mid-evening availability, including evenings and weekends, is required. What You’ll Do Prepare and process all credit, DMV, purchase, and lease documentation Verify insurance, employment, proof of residency, and customer contact information Review deal packages for completeness and compliance with lender and purchasing guidelines Partner closely with Sales Managers and sales staff to ensure smooth customer communication while protecting customer privacy Problem-solve creatively to identify alternate solutions when challenges arise Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers and lenders Prioritize tasks effectively in a high-volume environment Deliver exceptional customer service with discretion and professionalism Participate actively in the company’s compliance program Protect and enhance the company’s reputation, standards, and goals Follow all credit and funding guidelines Perform additional duties as assigned No dealership experience?
