About the Role The Corporate Development & Investor Relations Associate supports the company’s strategic growth initiatives and manages communication with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders. This role blends financial analysis, market research, strategic planning, and external communications to help drive long‑term value creation. This role reports to the VP, Head of Corporate Development & Investor Relations. Key Responsibilities Corporate Development Assist in evaluation of strategic opportunities including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and divestitures. Build and maintain detailed financial models (DCF, LBO, accretion/dilution, scenario analysis). Conduct market, competitive, and industry research to support strategic decision‑making. Prepare materials for executive leadership, including investment memos and board presentations. Track and analyze performance of acquired businesses and strategic initiatives. Support long‑range planning, capital allocation analysis, and corporate strategy projects. Investor Relations Develop and maintain investor-facing materials such as earnings presentations, fact sheets, and press releases. Support quarterly earnings preparation, including Q&A drafting, financial analysis, and messaging alignment. Monitor analyst reports, investor sentiment, and market trends to inform leadership. Maintain the investor database and track engagement with shareholders and analysts. Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows. Ensure consistent, accurate, and compliant communication of financial performance and strategy. Benchmark peer performance, valuation, and disclosures. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, consulting, equity research, or corporate finance. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to work effectively with senior executives and external stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving instincts. Preferred Skills Experience with M&A transactions or strategic finance. Familiarity with SEC filings, earnings processes, and public‑company communications. Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases (Capital IQ, Bloomberg, FactSet). Ability to translate complex financial information into clear, compelling narratives. Experience in collaborative and flexible work environments. Role details Role will be remote based.
