This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Corporate Strategy Analyst - REMOTE. The Analyst will be pivotal in shaping the strategic direction and execution of corporate initiatives, working closely with various business units to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities. This role allows you to influence the organization by evaluating and negotiating business transactions while providing vital insights into market dynamics and competitive landscapes. You will lead the development of financial models and presentations for key stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Collaboration and analytical skills will be essential as you support the strategic planning process and drive impactful decisions.

Accountabilities

Support the annual strategic planning process

Lead and assist with transaction processes including valuation and diligence

Conduct financial analyses and evaluations of potential transactions

Develop transactional plans for evaluating and completing transactions

Analyze market landscapes and industry trends

Collaborate with business units to create investment theses for acquisitions

Identify risks associated with transactions and develop mitigation strategies

Coordinate resources and advisor relationships as per project plans

Present strategic fit conclusions for inorganic opportunities

Design and execute market and competitive analyses

Prepare executive-level presentation materials

Track market M&A activities and prepare internal updates

Requirements

Degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or Business Studies; MBA preferred

2-5 years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity

Fluency in English with proficiency in additional languages a plus

Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills

Demonstrated strategic thinking and financial aptitude

Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure

Strong commitment to accuracy and integrity

Team player with strong interpersonal skills

Experience in the healthcare sector is desirable

Completed a 2-year investment banking analyst program is a plus
