Overview
Job title: Marketing Demand Generation Specialist – North America. Sector: Financial Services. Location: Remote (EST zone). Reports to: Head of Global Marketing – Financial Services.
About the Role
The Demand Generation Specialist, North America transforms global marketing strategy and messaging into high‑performing regional campaigns that drive engagement, qualified pipeline, and revenue across financial services and fintech accounts. In this role, you’ll tailor globally created assets into programs that resonate with regional audiences, running targeted multi‑channel campaigns, 1‑few and 1‑many ABM initiatives, and select regional events and partner activities. You’ll work closely with Sales to ensure strong lead follow‑through, healthy funnel progression, and clear visibility into marketing’s impact on the business, while collaborating with global teams to keep programs aligned and consistent across markets.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
Execute regional demand programs using global messaging and assets tailored to financial services and fintech audiences.
Plan, launch, and optimize multi‑channel campaigns (email, paid media, webinars, content syndication, digital).
Execute and refine regional nurture streams to support long buying cycles and multi‑stakeholder decision processes.
Deliver pipeline impact and quality MQLs; share insights to improve conversion.
Account-Based & Segment Marketing
Run 1-few and 1-many ABM for priority segments (e.g., banks, insurers, payments, mid‑market, fintech).
Apply persona-based targeting with segment-specific pages and curated journeys.
Report regional ABM metrics (target account engagement, penetration, conversion) into global dashboards.
Field, Event & Partner Marketing
Own and execute regional field events (roundtables, conferences, workshops, webinars) focused on financial services buyers.
Support regional co‑marketing with cloud/tech/SI partners aligned to global plans.
Drive pre/during/post engagement to convert attendees to pipeline; hand off to Sales with clear follow‑up.
Sales Alignment & Enablement
Act as the primary marketing partner for North America Sales Team.
Ensure timely lead handoff and follow‑up in line with global lifecycle and SLAs; drive funnel hygiene and progression.
Provide regional enablement (assets, event kits, outreach sequences, follow‑up guidance).
Analytics, Reporting & Optimization
Own regional dashboards and reporting for engagement, funnel conversion, pipeline (sourced & influenced), ABM metrics, and event ROI.
Provide insights and recommend optimizations (audience, messaging, offers, channel mix).
Apply data‑driven experimentation to improve targeting, messaging, and channel mix.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with Global PMM, Content, AR, and Marketing Ops to ensure alignment and reuse of global assets.
Share regional feedback (message resonance, regulatory context, competitive insights, content gaps).
Adhere to global governance for tools, vendors, processes, budgets, and metrics.
Qualifications
Required
3–7 years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or field marketing.
Proven success driving pipeline and revenue in North America.
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (Marketing Hub required; Sales Hub familiarity preferred), Canva, LinkedIn.
Experience running multi‑channel programs including email, paid media (especially LinkedIn), digital campaigns, webinars, events, and nurture programs.
Strong analytical and reporting skills; comfortable optimizing programs based on performance data.
Strong project management and communication skills with experience collaborating across Sales and global marketing teams.
Experience supporting complex or multi‑stakeholder B2B sales cycles (financial services or fintech a plus).
