Engage with clients in a friendly and helpful manner, answering questions about insurance policies. Assist with processing policy changes, payments, and claims inquiries. Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services that meet client needs. Maintain accurate client records and update information as needed. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment. Schedule and conduct follow-up calls to ensure client satisfaction. Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively. Familiarity with insurance products is beneficial but not required. A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others. Property & Casualty license is required. About Us
