divh2Enterprise Housing Credit Investments Director/h2pEnterprise Housing Credit Investments is seeking a Director on the Investor Relations team to manage investor relationships throughout the bid, approval, underwriting, and closing processes for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) investments. Own day-to-day management of assigned investor relationships; independently close proprietary transactions and guide multi-investor fund placements. Coordinate bid authorization, investor due diligence, and closing processes with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliRelationship Management: Maintain strong communication cadence; capture evolving investment criteria./liliTransaction Execution: Prepare/review investment summaries; lead diligence and partnership agreement reviews; manage closing timelines.
