divh2Enterprise Housing Credit Investments Director/h2pEnterprise Housing Credit Investments is seeking a Director on the Investor Relations team to manage investor relationships throughout the bid, approval, underwriting, and closing processes for low-income housing tax credit (LIHTC) investments. Own day-to-day management of assigned investor relationships; independently close proprietary transactions and guide multi-investor fund placements. Coordinate bid authorization, investor due diligence, and closing processes with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries./ppKey Responsibilities:/pulliRelationship Management: Maintain strong communication cadence; capture evolving investment criteria./liliTransaction Execution: Prepare/review investment summaries; lead diligence and partnership agreement reviews; manage closing timelines. Provide support to Managing Director on high volume investor relationships./liliCross-Functional Coordination: Liaise with Acquisitions, Underwriting, Credit, Legal, and Asset Management./liliReporting Data: Maintain pipeline reports and property templates; uphold data integrity./liliTalent Development: Provide guidance and feedback to Assistant Directors; contribute to training content and SOP improvements./liliDrive cross-functional alignment and champion process improvements./liliRepresent Enterprise externally and develop talent across the team./liliWilling to travel: Up to ~20%./li/ulpQualifications:/pulliBachelors degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Urban Planning or related field./lili5+ years LIHTC underwriting and/or LIHTC fund execution experience./liliStrong understanding of LIHTC structuring and investor underwriting processes./liliAdvanced Excel modeling; strong written and oral communication; Salesforce familiarity preferred./liliMust obtain or hold FINRA SIE, Series 22, and Series 63 licenses/li/ulpTotal Rewards at Enterprise:/ppYou will be working with a group of talented professionals who are motivated by serving the community and addressing the need for affordable housing./ppEnterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family./ppThe base salary for this role is $140,000 to $156,000, depending on level of skills and experience./ppThe salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position.
