Industrials Americas Team Member
As member of Industrials Americas team, provide principal investment and advisory services to industrial companies in manufacturing and distribution with focus on chemicals and materials subsector regarding acquisitions, divestitures, mergers, and various capital raising activities. Specific duties include delivering investment advice to clients, including identifying and liaising with investment partners for principal, capital raising, and M&A transactions and leading management and coordination of transaction workstreams, such as due diligence, negotiation, financing, and stakeholder approval processes in conjunction with clients and professional consultants; manage and conduct commercial and financial analysis and modelling to analyze impact of different capital structures and generate valuation analyses using different methodologies, such as discounted cash flow, leveraged buyout, and trading and transaction comparables; design and lead production of detailed presentations, information memoranda and other analyses for internal and external audiences to support strategic decision-making; and drive origination of new transaction ideas for existing and new clients. Salary: $290,000.00 - $360,000.00
