About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Business Development to spearhead its commercial growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the full business development lifecycle, from creating a robust pipeline to closing deals. This role is pivotal in building and managing senior relationships with various stakeholders, including L1/L2 protocols, stablecoin issuers, custodians, wallets, and infrastructure providers. The Head of Business Development will also be tasked with structuring and negotiating complex enterprise and strategic partnership agreements, as well as collaborating with product and engineering teams to translate advanced cryptographic technology into real-world deployments and long-term commercial relationships.

Applicants must have a minimum of 7 years' of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic sales, with a strong background in crypto, blockchain infrastructure, or developer platforms. The role requires a proven track record in closing complex, technical deals and the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and executive stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be self-directed and comfortable operating in early-stage environments. While not mandatory, experience in selling security, cryptography, or infrastructure tooling, as well as an existing network across relevant crypto stakeholders, is considered a plus. Familiarity with post-quantum cryptography or long-term cryptographic risk is also advantageous.
