About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Brand Marketing to lead the next chapter of its journey. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating the brand's story in a way that is fresh and resonant, while remaining true to the vision of authenticity and optimism. This role requires a hands-on leader with a proven track record in growing a respected brand, executing full-funnel marketing initiatives, and leveraging social media to foster community and spark conversations. The VP will oversee a large team, including creative services, social media, brand marketing, speaking, and PR, and will be expected to lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels.

Applicants must have at least 10 years of relevant experience and be adept at using consumer research to drive business metrics. The ideal candidate will be a natural storyteller, with a balance of analytical and creative skills, and a keen eye for design. They should be passionate about the company's mission and social impact, and be able to maintain a steady and optimistic demeanor.
