The Company is seeking a National Venue Operations Lead to drive operational excellence, consistency, and collaboration across its owned tracks. This pivotal role is not just about oversight but about being a central resource and connector, ensuring that track operations are supported, aligned, and equipped with the best practices, tools, and systems for success. The successful candidate will be responsible for operational alignment and collaboration, national standards and consistency, enterprise vendor and partner management, support and enablement, and continuous improvement and measurement. Key responsibilities include partnering with track leadership to align on operational priorities, developing and maintaining a unified operations playbook, and negotiating and managing vendor contracts to meet strategic objectives.
Applicants for the National Venue Operations Lead position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years' experience in large-scale venue, facility, or event operations, preferably in sports, live entertainment, or motorsports. The role requires a deep understanding of operations management, vendor relations, and contract negotiation, as well as a proven ability to lead through influence across multiple markets and departments. Strong financial acumen, excellent collaboration, communication, and project management skills are essential.
