The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales and Projects to lead its dynamic teams. This role requires a proven track record in business development, particularly in the engineering and technical fields, and a strong understanding of automotive engineering and technology trends. The VP will oversee the PMO function, ensuring effective project governance, and will be accountable for companywide utilization, revenue, and margin targets. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, with a Master's degree being a plus, and a minimum of 10 years' experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the global automotive industry.

The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Sales and Projects position at the company will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
