About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a strong commercial mindset to lead and oversee marketing efforts across its growing, multi-site hospitality group. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving brand strategy and growth, ensuring a consistent yet locally relevant guest experience. This includes owning revenue-focused marketing efforts such as demand generation, pricing support, promotions, and loyalty programs that directly impact traffic and profitability. The CMO will also lead and develop the marketing organization, aligning closely with operations and sales, and using data and guest insights to guide decision-making and optimize marketing spend.
Key requirements for the role include experience in supporting premium, multi-location brands, and the ability to lead and influence marketing across varied regions. A global marketing exposure is a plus. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, comfortable leading a team, and preferably have some experience in the hospitality industry. The role demands a strategic leader who can provide direction to marketing managers while being flexible to the diverse needs of regional and international markets. The CMO will be expected to track KPIs, and adapt strategies based on performance and market trends, and must be adept at using data to make informed marketing decisions.
