About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Clinical Development to lead the advancement of its innovative oncology medicine portfolio. The successful candidate will be at the forefront of reimagining drug discovery, overseeing the development of first-in-class and first-in-disease molecules in precision oncology. This role requires a deep understanding of oncology and genetic diseases, as well as a proven track record in advancing precision medicines from bench to proof-of-concept clinical trials. The Executive Director will be responsible for generating and refining integrated clinical development strategies, contributing to regulatory submissions, and enhancing the innovation and efficiency of clinical trial design and execution. Strong therapeutic area expertise and a network of external experts and key opinion leaders in oncology are essential.

Applicants for the Executive Director position must have a medical degree, with an MD/PhD being preferred, and at least 5 years' of experience in developing, executing, and analyzing Phase 1/2 oncology trials, preferably within a biotech or pharmaceutical company. The role demands an individual with effective collaboration, influencing, and conflict resolution skills, who is highly motivated, decisive, and results-oriented. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with the flexibility and creativity to excel in a rapidly growing drug discovery and development environment.
