The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in a relevant field, at least 10 years' experience, and a proven track record in leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives. They must possess exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship management skills, as well as a deep commitment to equity, learning, and innovation in education. Financial acumen, experience in grant-funded environments, and familiarity with nonprofit management are essential. The Managing Director will be a strategic partner in the company's mission to transform gateway math education, with a focus on continuous improvement, evidence-based practices, and responsiveness to the needs of faculty and students. High levels of technology fluency and an understanding of the shared governance model in higher education are strong assets for this role.
