About the Role
The Company is in search of a VP of Leasing for its commercial office portfolio in Manhattan. The successful candidate will be tasked with the full leasing life cycle, including the development and execution of strategic leasing plans, management of the broker network, and oversight of marketing initiatives to ensure strong market visibility. This role requires a proven track record in driving leasing activity across multiple office properties, effective negotiation skills, and a deep knowledge of office market trends, tenant requirements, and brokerage dynamics. The VP of Leasing will also be responsible for conducting tenant and broker showings, preparing and managing listing materials, and ensuring that vacancies are competitively positioned within the Manhattan office market.
