About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Brand and Content to spearhead its brand evolution and establish a strong presence as a thought leader in the observability space. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the brand repositioning from an IT monitoring vendor to a modern observability platform leader, particularly within regulated industries. This role involves leading the visual identity evolution, digital presence consolidation, and developing a unified brand narrative that ensures consistent messaging across all value streams. The Head of Brand and Content will also be tasked with building an executive media machine, securing earned media opportunities, and creating systematic content programs that engage target audiences throughout their buyer journey.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of B2B marketing experience, with at least 5 years' in brand or content leadership roles, and a proven track record of successful brand transformation or repositioning. Expertise in enterprise technology content marketing, thought leadership development, and experience in financial services or regulated industries are essential. The role requires the ability to build and manage an integrated content team, create a content strategy that balances demand creation and capture, and demonstrate a portfolio of compelling content that drives business outcomes. The Head of Brand and Content will work closely with executive leadership, product management, sales, and demand generation teams, and must be adept at positioning executives as industry voices on relevant topics.
