About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to take on a pivotal role in driving the brand's growth and performance. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the brand, performance, retention, and partnerships orchestration, as well as the economics of the ecommerce P&L. This includes making strategic decisions about trade-offs between various growth metrics and being accountable for the overall marketing system. The Head of Marketing will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on executor, with a deep understanding of data and a proven ability to leverage AI to enhance marketing processes. Key responsibilities include defining and owning the growth roadmap, leading integrated marketing strategies, and ensuring that all marketing activities are aligned with both brand strategy and unit economics.

Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 7-12 years' of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years' in a growth-focused role for a DTC or ecommerce brand. The role requires a candidate with a strong track record in scaling ecommerce brands and a deep understanding of ecommerce unit economics. Hands-on expertise in at least two core growth engines and strong analytical skills are essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience in leading small teams, managing agencies, and a background or interest in movement science, foot health, or related fields. The Head of Marketing will be expected to be a subject-matter expert on the brand's products and to translate complex scientific concepts into clear and compelling marketing messages.
