The successful candidate will be a key player in supporting the Division's senior leadership, driving strategic growth, and managing the company's culture, client relationships, talent development, and financial performance. This high-trust, high-autonomy leadership role requires the individual to actively secure new project opportunities, exercise sound judgment, and personal accountability, and lead with integrity, professionalism, and respect. Key responsibilities include sales and business development, people leadership, financial and risk management, and divisional and enterprise leadership. The role demands a leader who can develop and grow meaningful relationships with key clients, identify and mentor top-tier project management talent, and champion operational excellence and innovation across the Division.
Candidates for the Vice President position should have a Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, with at least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably with a general contractor in the wood-frame multifamily sector. The role requires a proven track record in leading project teams and client relationships, advanced financial and business acumen, and strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Familiarity with the Dallas-Fort Worth market is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a visible leader, actively engaged in problem-solving, and strategic input, and will uphold and promote the company's values in every interaction.
