About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Product to join their team as the first dedicated product hire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the wireless space, a startup mindset, and experience with AI and software. This role is pivotal, as the successful candidate will take over product responsibilities from the founder and will be tasked with owning the product strategy and execution from the outset. Key responsibilities include defining the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution, acting as a liaison between the engineering team and customers, and creating and managing product roadmaps, feature lists, and descriptions. The Head of Product will also be expected to engage directly with customers to gather feedback and conduct exploratory calls with potential future customers.

Applicants for the Head of Product position at the company must have a minimum of 5-10 years' of experience in product management, with a specific focus on deep-tech, AI, or complex enterprise software, and a strong emphasis on wireless networking, including WiFi and Cellular. The role requires a candidate who can take full ownership of the product function, building processes from the ground up, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standard. A successful candidate will be adept at gathering feature requests, defining the product vision, and working closely with the team to ensure that the product is developed in line with customer needs and market demands. The Head of Product will be instrumental in the company's growth and must be prepared to take on a challenging and dynamic role within a fast-paced, innovative environment.
