About the Role

Candidates for the Executive Director position should have a minimum of 3-5 years' management experience in a nonprofit or 5-10 years' in a for-profit organization, with key skills in business management, finance, and a familiarity with medical missions and community development. A Bachelor's degree is required, and alignment with the organization's mission-driven focus is essential. The role demands a leader who can foster a healthy organizational culture, manage personnel, and ensure financial stewardship. The Executive Director will also be involved in partnership and volunteer engagement, and may be required to travel to Haiti to oversee operations and support the organization's activities.
