About the Role

The Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across all channels. This role will lead demand generation efforts, own full-funnel marketing performance, and partner closely with sales and executive leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and pipeline goals. The Vice President will oversee and mentor a high-performing marketing team, manage key programs such as account-based marketing, events, digital campaigns, and analytics, and ensure data-driven decision-making to optimize performance and ROI. Additionally, this role will champion innovative approaches, including leveraging new technologies and marketing automation to scale impact and streamline processes.

The ideal candidate will have extensive senior marketing experience with a strong track record of leading strategic demand generation and growth-focused initiatives, preferably within SaaS, fintech, or related industries. Candidates must demonstrate deep expertise in modern marketing technologies and analytics, with the ability to interpret campaign performance and drive measurable outcomes. Strong leadership and people management skills are essential, along with excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively across functions such as sales, product, and revenue operations. A strategic, results-oriented mindset and hands-on approach to execution in a fast-paced environment are critical for success in this role.
