The Company is seeking an SVP for its Personal Loans business, which is the largest and most established lending franchise within the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategy, growth, and P&L performance of this business segment. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of unsecured lending, credit economics, and customer lifecycle management, as well as a proven track record in product innovation at scale. The SVP will be tasked with defining and executing a roadmap for profitable growth, operational excellence, and borrower experience innovation. This includes leading a cross-functional team, setting the vision for the business, and ensuring the delivery of differentiated customer value through data-driven decision-making.
Applicants for the SVP position should have at least 15 years' of experience in consumer lending or financial services, with a focus on P&L ownership and product innovation. The role requires exceptional analytical skills, the ability to lead cross-functional teams, and a strong background in digital acquisition, channel management, and partner ecosystems.
